Inventory & Pricing

You need to have an account with Sun Apparel, registered for a web login, and be logged in to see inventory and pricing. Please click on BECOME A CUSTOMER above for instructions on becoming a customer. To register for a web login, click SIGN UP below login box on the home page.


You are out of stock. What can I do?

Please do not hesitate to call if you want more information on an item that shows we are out of stock. Please remember that not all locations stock the same items. For American Apparel items, you can Ship a “mill bounce” order if your location is out of stock. Select the “Mill Direct” location and enter your order as usual. Once in checkout, select “Will Call/Ship from Sun Apparel Warehouse”. Then select your local warehouse. Under “Ship Via” select how you want the order to ship once the order arrives at that warehouse. For example, if you are a customer in Hayward and want American Apparel 2001 Sea Foam but we are out of stock in the size you need, select “Will Call/Ship from Sun Apparel Warehouse”, then select Hayward warehouse, then “Customer Pickup” Ship Via if you want to pick up the order once we get it to our Hayward warehouse. If no location is showing inventory then it might be a special order only item. We can get you ANY non-closeout item on our website. If no location has the Gildan or Anvil item you are looking for then it is most likely a special order item and will have to be ordered in full case packs. Gildan and Anvil special orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Independent Trading, Expert, and A4 items are not stocked but we can get any quantity and we pick up twice a week, so don’t be discouraged! Please call customer service to order these items.

Clone Order

Cloning an order will copy a past order and put it into your shopping cart. From there you can edit the order before submitting. To clone an order you must be logged in. Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top header. From there, choose the CLONE ORDER option in the drop down menu. Enter the Sun Apparel order number you wish to clone then click the “Clone Order” button below. The screen will then become your shopping cart, where you can edit the order. Order numbers can be found in the top right corner of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice, you can go to your invoice history and look up an order. Please see INVOICE HISTORY section for previous order details.

Invoice History

Once you are logged onto our site, you can view and print copies of your invoices. First, choose MY ACCOUNT located on the top header. Then select INVOICE HISTORY in the drop down menu. You can find an invoice by searching either a PO# or date range. To view an invoice, choose the order number. Shipping tracking numbers are located at the bottom of the page once an invoice has been selected. Print or email the invoice by choosing the icon off to the right as shown below.

Once you are logged onto our site, you can see tracking on the invoices. First, choose MY ACCOUNT located on the top header. Then select INVOICE HISTORY in the drop down menu. You can find an invoice by searching either a PO# or date range. To view an invoice, choose the order number. Shipping tracking numbers are located at the bottom of the page once an invoice has been selected. Please note not all tracking numbers show. Please feel free to contact your rep for your tracking numbers.


Open Invoice List

Once you are logged onto our site, you can view and print copies of your invoices. First, choose MY ACCOUNT located on the top header. Then select OPEN INVOICES in the drop down menu. You can then look at an invoice on your statement by clicking on that invoice number on the statement.

Style Sheet

Select your item. Below the picture of the item and catalog info is 3 tabs. Select the CREATE STYLE SHEET tab. Enter your email and click send. Add your logo by clicking the Browse button at the bottom of the screen.
